The Social Media equivalent of passing out catering menus in a hospice ward, bad taste @NBCLA … Dont use a tragedy to bump edge rank!
They could have done a bunch of things that would have actually been good but the text “Click “LIKE” to send love to the victims and families.” comes off as really hallow. At the very least NBC should give 1 dollar per like to pay the bill, they would get a pass.

Reasons the show Community will be a hit long after it goes off the air… Creativity and easter eggs for really hard core fans.
Branding lesson: Give your hard core fans the chance to engage in different ways like Hiding stuff. This will increase engagement long term. Disney found this to be true with their famed hidden mickey’s, Lost provided show hints and sparked conversation. They could have just ignored this detail instead they gave it to their fans!

Easter Egg of the Day: The best thing about NBC’s Community is the thing you have to wait for the Internet to tell you about the next day. Remember Abed’s secret storyline? Well, last night’s episode contained a similar Easter Egg, reserved for the extremely perceptive: The moment the infamous pen was swiped by [redacted] was actually caught on camera (confirmed by creator Dan Harmon)!
Heaven help you, NBC, if you so much as shear a second off this treasure trove of neverending awesome.
