Pretty simply it is a matter of time before cable companies are all but gone. I am not sure why IPTV isnt standard, media companies pay cable companies insane amounts of money… Advertisers pay cable companies and they would rather pay the the content providers. I expect online only premium content to come to the market by 2013.
